👀 Decide who can see your Analytics & Reports 🚫✅

Do you have coaches, receptionists or assistants who don't need to see your income, active memberships or sales? 💼 Now you can choose if you want certain members of your staff to see (or not) your business statistics and reports.

✨ Why is this useful for your study?

You decide what everyone sees
- Give visibility of your revenues, reports, and business metrics to accountants or partners, but hide this info from operational staff.
Avoid distractions
— Operational roles can focus on their own without seeing data that isn't necessary for them.

🔧 How it works

Go to Settings > Personal.
Edit the team member, and go to the Permissions tab.
Turn on or turn off the 3rd advanced option (
Show Analytics pages
) and save your change.

👉 If you turn it off, the person will not see the Dashboard, nor the reports. Even if you have saved those links and accessed them directly, you will not be able to view those pages (you will be redirected to your home page).

This change was requested by several studios and is now available to everyone. More security, more peace of mind. 🧘🏻‍♀️

🔧 How it works

Go to Settings > Staff.
Edit the team member and open the Permissions tab.
Toggle the 3rd advanced option (Show Analytics pages) on or off, then save.

👉 If turned off, the person won't see the Dashboard or any reports. Even if they saved direct links to those pages, they won't be able to view them and will be redirected to their homepage.
