🇬🇧 I would like to use it for more immediate marketing and "in your face" reminders for when classes start. 🇪🇸 Me gustaría usarlo para marketing directo y recordatorios directos para cuando comiencen las clases.

🇬🇧 Currently, the system allows clients to book as many classes as they want per day. However, it would be beneficial if the system prevented them from booking the same class at different times it is offered. This is because these users are taking spots that could be used by others. For example, if there's a yoga class at 8:00 am and another at 10:00 am each day, the system would only allow them to book at one of those times. 🇪🇸 Ahora mismo, el sistema permite a los clientes reservar tantas clases como deseen por día. Pero sería ideal si el sistema pudiera bloquearles la reserva de la misma clase en los diferentes horarios en que se ofrece. Esto se debe a que este tipo de usuarios están ocupando los espacios de otras personas. Por ejemplo: Si tienes una clase de yoga a las 8:00 a. m. y a las 10:00 a. m. cada día, el sistema solo les permitiría reservar en uno de esos horarios.

🇬🇧 I have a monthly payment deadline (5th day of the month), and after that date, a surcharge should automatically be added for the client, or a discount if they pay before the payment window from the 1st to the 5th day of the month. 🇪🇸 Yo tengo una fecha límite de pago al mes (5º día del mes), que después de esa fecha se agregue un recargo automáticamente al cliente, o un descuento si pagan antes de la ventana de pagos del 1.º al 5.º día del mes.

In Ireland, we can claim back gym membership/pre-postnatal classes against our health insurance and/or some employers will cover a certain % of gym memberships as a work perk. For this, people need to be able to access branded receipts for what they have purchased - I can't see how to either create this myself in the back end or for the client to do it. Can do it manually by exporting the invoice and then added it to a letter headed Google Doc but this is time consuming - should be one click download on both client and admin side.

🇬🇧 As of now, we need to first create the schedules and then go one by one adding the trainer. 🇬🇧 We currently have a feature that allows us to set cancellation policies for bookings. However, it would be highly beneficial to also introduce a policy for late rescheduling. This would apply to customers who modify their reservations at the last minute. 🇪🇸 Actualmente, contamos con una función que nos permite configurar políticas de cancelación para las reservas.
