    — Operational roles can focus on their own without seeing data that isn't necessary for them.
🔧 How it works
  1. Go to Settings > Personal.
  2. Edit the team member, and go to the Permissions tab.
  3. Turn on or turn off the 3rd advanced option (
    Show Analytics pages
    ) and save your change.
👉 If you turn it off, the person will not see the Dashboard, nor the reports. Even if you have saved those links and accessed them directly, you will not be able to view those pages (you will be redirected to your home page).

  1. Go to Settings > Staff.
  2. Edit the team member and open the Permissions tab.
  3. Toggle the 3rd advanced option (Show Analytics pages) on or off, then save.
👉 If turned off, the person won't see the Dashboard or any reports. Even if they saved direct links to those pages, they won't be able to view them and will be redirected to their homepage.
