Check-In Kiosk for Quicker Attendance Tracking 👤✅
We're thrilled to make the check-in process smoother and more efficient for both staff and clients with our new Check-In Kiosk feature.

- ✅ Streamlined check-ins- Clients can now check in themselves for group classes, events, and appointments, reducing wait times and easing staff workload.
- 📝 Real-time tracking- Attendance is marked and tracked in real-time, ensuring accurate attendance tracking data.
- ⚙️ Customized settings- Easily enable or disable the kiosk mode and customize which tabs (Classes/events or appointments) are visible on it.

- Only the Owner role can enable or disable the Kiosk mode.
- Once the Kiosk is enabled, any staff with access can switch to the kiosk mode once they're logged in to the admin dashboard.
- To go from the Kiosk mode to the Admin mode, the staff will need to reenter their password. This is to prevent that someone gets access to your admin dashboard without your permission. 🔐 So, make sure you do notsave your password on the device you'll enable the kiosk mode in! 😉
- Once you're inside the kiosk mode, the users will only be able to see the upcoming schedules of the current date and check-in the Booked clients only.
- Users can check in only to upcoming classes for 'Today, until 10 minutes after the class, event, or appointment has started.
- Check-ins will be tracked as done by the staff who logged in to the Kiosk mode but will be tracked as done through the 'Kiosk'. For example, on the Client profile > Bookings page, the check-in will say "Checked in as Show by staff x@xmail.com via kiosk", and on the Bookings report, you will have a 'Check-in source' column that will say Admin or Kiosk. 'Admin' if you did it from the admin's Schedule overview page, and 'Kiosk' if you check in through the Kiosk mode.
- For privacy purposes, only clients' first and last names will be displayed on the kiosk, not their emails.
- This is an Ultra Fitune plan feature only. Upgrade now to the Ultra plan if you don't have it yet and want to use the Check-in Kiosk for your studio.
