🇬🇧 Currently, we can only edit the upcoming renewal date of a membership or package, but not its start date.

"I’ve just set up 3 membership options on site and i wondered if it’s possible to set it up so that when people purchase, the membership renews at the 1st of each month rather than on whatever day of the month they purchase?
The reason I ask is because the membership will entitle them to the classes set up within that month. There are 4 classes each month.
So if somebody purchases halfway through the month, i'd like it to charge them for the remaining half of the month (2 classes) and then charge for the full month (4 classes) from the start of the next month."

Estaría muy bien que los clientes a la hora de comprar una cuota/plan puedan cambiar la fecha en la que quieran que empiece. Por ejemplo: si un cliente quiere comprar la cuota el día 1 pero hasta el día 5 no va poder empezar a venir a clase, que pueda elegir que inicie ese día. Por supuesto que no puedan reservar ninguna clase anterior a esa fecha.

Define a start date for a membership -> Let's say, have a membership that starts on 1 December for anyone who purchases it.
Ability to schedule a start date for a membership? -> We already have. I'm sharing some Screenshots for reference!
Or something else?

Me gustaría que cuando sea la fecha de corte del paquete hasta esa fecha puedan agendar los usuarios sin tener que tener que mover la fecha que se muestran las clases. Ya que nosotros mostramos horarios por semana y si les deja reservar toda la semana aún que si corte sea antes me complica

Melissa Torres: hola Melissa! Lo que tu quieres que tus clientes solo puedan agendar dentro del periodo del ciclo del plan, verdad?

Melissa Torres: Esta es una función que lanzamos hace poco. Puedes configurarla para cualquier membresía que tengas. Solo vas a la página de esa membresía, ahí verás esta opción (la del pantallazo adjunto) y eso garantiza que tus clientes solamente puedan reservar en fechas dentro del ciclo actual de esa membresía. 😉 Sin importa que tu estés mostrando horarios con muchos más días. 😎
