🇬🇧 As an extension to the current liability waiver feature, I'd like to be able to add a questionnaire for my clients to fill in when they first book.
🇪🇸 Como una extensión de la función actual de Exención de responsabilidad, me gustaría poder agregar un cuestionario para que mis clientes lo completen cuando realicen su primera reserva.

Have the ability to automatically send onboarding forms via email to new clients only. The form content should be customizable per studio, allowing each business to tailor the experience according to their needs. ( for medical history, levels etc)

Hi Allen Savoy! Thanks for creating the request. When would you like to request clients to fill out these forms? For example: When they book a class, when they sign up, etc...

Hello! We have recently released a feature that will allow you to ask these to your clients during their sign up process: Phone number, birthday, instagram, or gender. Here is a preview on how this works: https://feedback.fitune.io/changelog/request-valuable-information-from-clients-when-they-sign-up

Fernanda García: this is great, thank you. Please will there be an option to add more questions than just these 4? In UK we have a requirement to ask if the client agrees for us to store their personal data in line with GDPR, ask health, injuries / conditions questions. Also, it's so useful and important to be able to ask about how they found us/our services (via Google, social media, leaflet, word of mouth etc.) thank you!
