🇬🇧 Example: A client has a 40 pack with 3 classes remaining and they want to buy another 40 pack—they can’t do it until they are at zero. This is bad bc we want clients to purchase before they are out of classes. Keep retention high.

Clients sometimes want to buy their next package before the use all the credits in their existing package. Currently they can only buy a different package. Likewise, if someone buys them a gift voucher (only available outside Fitune) then I cannot add a new package to their account until they use their existing credits.

Let's say that I have a Pack of 5 credits for $300, I want my client to be able to buy the same pack 3 times. If they buy it 3 times, I get $900 instead of $300, and they get their 15 credits instead of 5. Plus, that way, they don't need to wait until the pack expires to buy it again, they can buy it as many times as they want and use their credits. It's a win-win.

Es muy necesario, yo tengo una promo en la que la membresia dura 3 meses.Y las personas que utilizan sus créditos antes de ese tiempo están imposibilitadas de comprarlo, hay cancelarlo y todo un rollo.

Vanesa Symchych: In this case, I think one of your features helps you here though. Because when your clients run out of credits before their renewal date, we give them the option to buy it again on that day. That way they can pay today, and get the credits included in that pack immediately, making it less work on your end to apply those changes from your admin account. Let me know if that makes sense, or if this is what you're looking for.

My clients buy packs of 8 or 12 per month. But once it expires, if they travel and they didnt use all the credits, I have to go back and add them manually because their credits expired. If I add an extended date, they cant buy a pack until that extended date comes. because it shows they have an active pack with no credits left. This would make my life so much easier, if they can buy credits with no expiration... and as soon as the credits are almost done, they get a reminder to top up their account.

Hey Jennifer Lynn! Thanks for your request! I agree that retaining your clients is crucial to your business. Quick question... Have you heard of the "Buy again" feature? Currently, when your clients run out of credits, we tell them if they're booking a class included in the pack: "You need more credits" and show them that they can buy it again, so they can buy it and book with it. That is not helpful. Clients should be able to buy as many (quantity) of a pack as they want. It prevents me from have promotions where they could get 2 for a discount rate and also it’s annoying to the client when they can’t book classes bc they have to wait to buy their next pass.
