🇬🇧 As of now, we have to manually add the Zoom link. It would be nice if we could integrate it like we do with group classes
🇪🇸 For now we only have the option of adding the zoom link manually, but it would be nice if it would be integrated automatically as in group classes

Please can this be considered soon, it is very manual for me at the minute for my 1:1 online consultation clients. Here is the current flows with workarounds
- Client buys consultation package
- Client books in for consultation call
- They/I get confirmation email saying "location - online"
- They have option to "add to calendar" their appointment but there is no link or further info
- I manually go into zoom and create a zoom call
- I then manually add this to their appointment fron calendar view
- I "add zoom call" to my own calendar from Zoom interface
- I "invite" client to call via email from Zoom interface (but to do this I have to go out of calendar view and go to contacts and search for contact because i cant click through to clients profile from the calendar appointment/class - a whole sepaeare ticket which Ill raise so this is actually step 9)
- I then email/message the client with zoom link and screening form (because i cant do email automations bases on appointment type)
- The client then get a reminder email that says " your link is under your bookings in the app" but if they havent downlaodrd the app and if i havent done the steps above, my clients have absolutely no idea how to get on to the call.
Currently, its actually a better customer experience if i just manually set up a google meeting and compeltely move the client away from Fitune once i have their payment.

Flow should be:
- Client buys consultation package
- Client books in for consultation call
- Zoom integration makes a personalised event for this appintment (like for classes)
- They/I get confirmation email with specific zoom link (+ additional information based on email automation template for specific appointment type + option to reschedule/cancel from email)*
- They have option to "add to calendar" their appointment with zoom link included in it
- Appointment is added to my integrated calendar (sepaeate ticket - for me this is gCal) as well as my Fitune Calendar
- Client gets email reminder 20mins before call with zoom link
,*note: if client (or I) reschedule their appointment, zoom link should be updated automatically and calendar invite should update automatically for BOTH of us in Fitune and in whatever integrated calendar appointments we have made

Yes 100% Agree with this - it should also be automatically created in Zoom and added to the client's booking straight away, so that when the client 'adds to calendar' the Zoom link is auto populated there. Any rescheduling of appointments via Fitune should then be updated in client's calendar and in Zoom.
The zoom link should also br automatically added to confirmation and reminder emails.

To integrate zoom with 1:1 sessions, instead of having to put the links in manually. It works for the group classes but cant do it on the privates.
