🇪🇸 Next improvement: We will be adjusting the rescheduling function to prevent customers from taking advantage of the rescheduled one. The idea is that they can only reschedule within the same period as your free cancellation policy.
For example, if your policy is 12 hours, they may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance. After that point, they will no longer be able to reschedule (only cancel, following your penalty rules).

Let's say your cancellation policy is 12 hours. Is that same 12-hour policy the one you would like to apply so that customers can't modify/reschedule their reservation?

Fernanda García Yes, that's right, that they cannot change the date on the reservation at least 12 hours in advance and impose a penalty of some kind, either with a credit or paying some percentage to recover the class.
