Waiver Every Class

- Is there a way to require our new signees and current members to sign the waiver each and every class? We would like to have our members and potential members to sign the waiver each and every class.
- Can we print out waivers for any member? If I want a waiver from a certain member, I should be able to have proof that he signed up for our class.
