🇬🇧 Currently, we only have a class reminder for online classes; it would be nice if we could have a class reminder for in-person classes. Also, an email template to remind clients of their upcoming reservation.
🇪🇸 We currently have reminder emails for online classes, but it would be nice to have automated emails for in-person class reminders. You should also have a template for reminding patients/students to make appointments.

These emails will be sent automatically, include all the essential booking details, and remain fully customizable, so you can add notes or instructions that help reduce no-shows and increase attendance.

🇬🇧 The email reminder would be something actionable for 'no show' bookings (at least an automatic email reminding them to cancel if they can't make a class).
🇪🇸 This email reminder could help follow up for “No Show” reservations (at least an automated email reminding them to cancel if they can't attend a class).

It may not be in scope for this release (but hopefully it can be) but can we please consider automatic Zoom integrations for 1-2-1 appointments for confirmation emails and booking reminders (instead of having to manually create and add a link) 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sinead Brophy, we already 20 minutes before online classes email, in which the livestream link for the online classes is sent to your clients. I would think this is a good reminder email.
I like the idea of the text/image/links specific emails for each class suggestion. What do you usually think that varies between classes to need this? (This helps me understand the need better). For example, "text" for different suggestions on that class?

For the text/image/links, when I used Acuity I would have different emails for different classes based on what they were. For example, an online yoga class vs. an in-person postnatal strength class.

24 hours in advance for both in-person appointments and classes would be incredibly helpful. Right now clients only get an email notification when they book, but not the day before of the session to remind them.

Yes definitely need this! All other systems I've ever used at gyms have always sent out a reminder email for classes or sessions 24 hours in advance. This is very helpful for clients to get reminders of what they booked, and helps limit no-shows. Sometimes people book out far in advance and forget what they signed up for so the day-before reminder is so helpful!
